Mora and Onentia Propel Gonzaga Past Oregon Tech 2-0

SPOKANE, Wash. — Robbie Mora and Geremi Onentia scored second-half goals as Gonzaga defeated Oregon Tech 2-0 in a non-conference match Thursday night at Luger Field. Goalkeeper Ryan Solis made eight saves to preserve the clean sheet.

Scoreless First Half

The opening 45 minutes saw Gonzaga dominate possession but struggle to find the breakthrough. Drew Pedersen came closest in the 37th minute with a shot wide of the right post. The Bulldogs earned four corner kicks but could not capitalize.

Oregon Tech goalkeeper Chema Preciado made a crucial save in the 23rd minute to keep it scoreless.

Mora Breaks Through

The breakthrough came at 50:34 when Robbie Mora found the net with a right-footed strike to the high center of the goal. Drew Pedersen provided the assist after being substituted on just two minutes earlier at 48:23.

Onentia Doubles Lead
